APC start strategic partnership with KME

August 2017- We are excited to announce that we have started to work with a new Active Matrix LCD, Display Head Assembly (DHA) supplier from the United States, American Panel Corporation (APC).  This relationship has certainly increased our capability and enhanced the performance of the displays that we are able to offer to our defence customers base.  APC has an extensive history in both Avionics and Vetronics defence market as they provide specification driven, purpose built AMLCD DHAs, integrating both NVIS, Sunlight readability, extended extreme operating temperature range, assured luminance over 10 years and MTBF figures of 225,000 hours at +40C.  APC has an impressive history delivering vetronics display solutions into the GDLS M1A2 / M1A2 SEP V3 Abrams MBT, the BAES M3 Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle, and GDLS Stryker M1126.  APC has also a contributed to many avionics projects around the world supplying impressive cockpit displays for the F15, F16, F18, F22, F35, F15 Strike Eagle, Euro Fighter, JAS-39 Gripen~, C130, B1, U2, Boeing 717-787, and Airbus A320/330.  You can expect to meet us at upcoming trade shows, demonstrating this DHA vetronics capability integrated into KME display solutions.

We have many plans with APC. One of the most exciting is to take their 10 bit LCD panels and integrate it into a GVA housing. More good things to come in the near future!
