Case Study
KME was tasked with providing a SIL-2 navigation display system for a Naval submarine. Our dedicated team, comprising mechanical and electronic design engineers, safety specialists, and documentation controllers, meticulously planned and executed the project under IEC 61508 standards.
Through collaborative workshops and rigorous FMEA and Fit data analysis, we developed a safe and reliable system design, which underwent thorough engineering validation before integration into the submarine build.
